I turned a single omnichannel practice into a department with its own P&L: four strategists, more than 15 brands, revenue that doubled two years running. The real build was the org chart, the intake process, and the playbooks that let the team scale past me.

The in-house rebuild, twice

Twice I went in-house to rebuild web, SEO, and demand from the ground up, once at a data science SaaS company, once at a digital health unicorn. Organic traffic doubled and web pipeline tripled at both. Different companies, same system, same result.
